   Please be aware that once your information is submitted through our online assessments, we cannot control the dissemination or data protection practices of our third-party providers or software. This may result in the inadvertent disclosure of private or contact information beyond our control. By finalizing your purchase, you accept this risk.

5. Consent to Waiver of Certain Rights
   By completing your purchase, you voluntarily waive all claims relating to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements, data privacy protections, and transmission integrity as may be provided under New York, California, United Kingdom, European Union, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
